But we do require that all the kids coming back sign a new release/waiver form for 2008. We Start Practice with the High School Girls this Saturday January 12, 2008, practice then continues with the 8-12 boys and girls on Tuesday January 15, 2008 and so on…

Here is our schedule. 8-12 Age groups (boys and girls):

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 PM To 6:30 PM (little league field) 13-18 Age groups (boys and girls):

Wednesdays and Fridays from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM High School Softball (girls only) work out: Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM (softball field).

For Newbies: For all the new kids coming in, please parents take note of the schedule. If you need an enrollment application packet, I will be sending them out individually.

You can pick it up here at the Office, Email or have it Faxed to you.

Once the packet is signed, you can have your daughter/son come to the front office to see me to have their picture taken for their Official MLB Urban Youth Academy ID Card. The cost of the ID card is $15.00.

No one will be allowed to start practice or participate in any of the Academy activities without having signed an enrollment packet or a 2008 release form.

The new release form will be available on the academy blog @ http://www.mlburbanyouthacademy.blogspot.com at the end of the day today and so will the enrollment packet. If you have any questions, let me know.
