Legends of Baseball Youth Clinic

Today the Legends of Baseball Youth clinic took place at the Academy. The goal with the clinics is to teach young ballplayers (ages 6 to 16) the fundamentals of the game in a multi-station format, and stress the importance of education at our life skills station so we can help kids recognize they have the ability to make positive decisions.

We had as guests Former Major Leaguers:   Kelly Jay Paris, Darrell Thomas, Al Downing, Dave Frost
Phil Ouellett, Greg Harris and Jay Johnstone

We would also like to thank Michael Obyc, from the Player’s Alumni Association for Coordinating the event (he is the one wearing the red shirt)

Watch our young ball players in action while learning from these Major Leaguers
