The Academy will be closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday starting Wednesday Nov. 25 to Friday November 27. We will open again this Saturday.

UCLA Softball Field Trip–Saturday Nov. 14, 2009
I would like to thank all the girls who attended the UCLA Softball Game on Saturday Nov. 14, 2009.

Azusa Pacific University Softball Clinic a big success
We would like to thank the Azusa Pacific University Softball team for their help with the Academy’s Softball Clinic this Saturday November 7th. It was a great a success!!!
Thank you so much to MLB UYA Softball Coaches, Ta’Tyana McElroy and Kristen Aufdemberg. They organized the Clinic. Great Job Coaches!!
There is another Softball Clinic Scheduled for the near future. Dates to be announced. Stay tuned!

Kids Fall Festival Kelly Park-October 24, 2009
We would like to send out a big thank you to Councilman Dr. Willie O. Jones, Mr. Anton Blakely and the City of Compton for inviting the UYA to set up a booth at this years Children’s Fall Festival.
We had a fantastic time and we got a chance to tell the community about our programs at the Academy.
